What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal for both local and international orders. You may also use your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

How long does a backorder take to send to me? 

Backorder takes 4-6 weeks to ship out.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once we have shipped your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

YES we do! If your country isn’t listed in our list of countries we ship to, please contact us here and we’ll attend to you.  

Can I cancel my order?

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

Are we paying you in our own currency?

Prices may be reflected in your own currency, however it is only an estimation of the foreign exchange rate at the time of your viewing. All denominations will be made in US Dollars.
